Europe or Bust! Layover in Dublin, Ireland

We arrived over Ireland just in time to see the sunrise it was so beautiful and a welcomed sight!  After our sweet flight we were itching to step off the plane and begin our adventure.  We had only 7 hours in Dublin, Ireland so we asked for recommendations on things to do and of course places to eat and the airport workers were very helpful.  Here are some of the pictures from our mini adventure...

This is the sunrising over Ireland

Welcome to Dublin Airport! All the signs in Gaelic!
Weird toilets! Extra deep and next to no water!
These sweet vending machines were all over the airport...1 euro for 2 bags for liquids!
Backward Escalators!

All the airport staff were really helpful...They told us about the "blue coaches" that could take us into the city center
I love taking pictures of buildings! Rows of these houses were all over!
Double-decker buses were everywhere!!!
These 'Look Right/Left' signs painted at cross walks were very much needed!!!
It is very disorienting when cars are going in the wrong direction
The River Liffey
Street signs and double-decker bus

Occupy mvmt. made it to Dublin
We decided to walk over to Dublin Castle because we had time to kill and we really wanted to see a castle
Instead we found...Fragments of a castle and other cool buildings
I'm excited

And the fisheye comes through for us again!
Got a recommendation to go to this pub for lunch

We had a properly poured Guinness in Dublin, Ireland! I'm not much of a beer drinker but I had to do this!
Wela enjoying a Guinness!
Steak and Ale Pie with chips...Served with a shot of Guinness!
Needless to say, Dublin was awesome! We definitely made the most of our 7 hours in Dublin! Next time we make it to Ireland...Let's just say, I'm kissing that Blarney Stone :)

Next up: London baby!!! Day 1
